Through a dirt road next to the house you walk directly into the countryside and there is also a forest nearby where you can enjoy a nice walk. GROUND FLOOR:
ENTRANCE
Through a paved path through the front garden you reach the front door that gives access to the hall. Upon entering you immediately notice that the house has many original '30s elements such as the floor with small tiles, stained glass windows and panel doors. In the hall is the meter cupboard which was renewed around 2003. The whole house has an alarm that has been maintained every year.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM
Through the hall you can walk to both the living room and the dining room. These two rooms are connected but can also be separated by wooden sliding doors with stained glass. Both rooms have several windows so that light can enter from all sides. All windows have shutters. The living room has a beautiful wooden floor and the dining room has a tiled floor with a marble look. There is a fireplace in both rooms, the fireplace in the dining room is under a fireplace with a back wall of small tiles. Also in these rooms the 1930s elements are reflected in the stained glass windows, the sliding doors, the moldings and ornaments on the ceiling and in the fireplace.

KITCHEN AND PANTRY
The kitchen and pantry are located in the rear building. The kitchen is simply furnished with a small dishwasher and a refrigerator. In one corner still hangs the hood where there used to be a separate stove. Through a door you have access to a large cellar where you can keep a lot of provisions cool. Behind the kitchen is a spacious utility room where you have more than enough room for several large storage cabinets, a freezer and extra refrigerator and your washer and dryer. In the pantry is also the toilet room. Through a fixed staircase you can enter the attic floor that runs across the entire rear building. Here there are two small dormers and a door that gives access to a balcony at the back of the house. BATHROOM
The first floor bathroom has a very large walk-in shower with a glass wall, a toilet and a sink with storage cabinet.
FLOOR:
The staircase to the floor is carpeted. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The house is heated by a combination boiler about 20 years old and two fireplaces. The house was insulated during construction in 1938 to the standard then in force and has never been re-insulated. All window frames are single-glazed. The garage did receive full insulation to the prevailing standard during construction in 1998.

LOCATION:
The house is located just outside the built-up area of Meijel and therefore has all the advantages of free and outdoor living while you are also within five minutes cycling in the center.
